The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the terms and conditions and the below Payment and Refund Policy. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Shipping Policy

Delivery of digital goods are typically instantaneous or within a few minutes after your purchase is confirmed, you should receive a link to download your ordered items. Shippings costs are absolutely free for all digital orders. Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayFast that use SSL encryption. This payment gateway is safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on https://sunelvfitness.com/ are non-refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise specified, such as the 60 Day Refund offering on the 28 Day Gut Reset and Maintenance Meal Plan. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Sunel V Fitness reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact sunel@sunelvfitness.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Personal Training Cancelation Policy

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training session.
  • If a client cancels or reschedules a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered a “late cancel” and will be charged at the full rate.
  • If a client does not show up for a scheduled session, the session will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged at the full rate.
  • If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, the session will not be considered a late cancel or no-show, but the client must provide documentation of the emergency or illness (e.g. a doctor’s note).
  • Clients may cancel their membership or package at any time, but will not be refunded for any unused sessions.
